The training report is a PDF of your training over a period you choose: how much you did, what kind, session by session, and what's coming up. It's made for someone else to read, like a physio, so it prints in black on white.

You make it in the GGAB app.

## Make the report

1. Go to **Training → Plans** and tap **Export training**.
2. Under **How far back**, pick **Past 7 days**, **Past 30 days** or **Past 12 months**.
3. Under **What to include**, tick the sections you want. All four start ticked.
4. Check **What they'll see**, a quick preview of the totals.
5. Tap **Create PDF**.
6. Your phone's share sheet opens. Send it by message or email, or save it to Files.

Once it's made, **Report created** shows. Tap **Done** to go back, or **Create it again** after changing something.

## What's in it

| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Load summary** | Minutes completed and still planned, how many sessions, your adherence, and your average perceived effort. |
| **Breakdown by activity** | Minutes and sessions for each kind of activity, such as Matchplay, Drill or Weights. |
| **Session-by-session** | Every session in the period: its date, activities, time, perceived effort, and whether it's done or still planned. |
| **Upcoming schedule** | What's planned for the next four weeks. |

**Load** means minutes of training, the same as everywhere else in GGAB. Adherence is the share of your planned minutes you completed.

Perceived effort comes from what you set on each session on the website. Sessions without it are left out of the average.

The preview on screen shows the same totals: **Completed**, **Still planned**, **Adherence** and **Activities covered**.
