How to choose your notifications
Turn in-app, email and push notifications on or off for each event, on the web or in the app, and find your notifications center.
Updated
This page shows how to choose what GGAB tells you about, and where. You get every notification by default, and you turn off the ones you don't want.
Where notifications reach youLink to this section
- In-app: the notifications center, on the web and in the app. See The notifications center below.
- Email: sent to the email you sign in with. Only some events have an email.
- Push: a notification on your phone from the GGAB app, once you allow it.
On the webLink to this section
- Open your account menu at the top right and choose Settings.
- Choose the Notifications tab.
- Each event has a switch for every channel it uses: In-app, Email if we send an email for it, and Push. Press a switch to turn it Off. Press it again to turn it back On.
Changes save as soon as you press a switch, and apply to the app on your phone too.

- Open the menu and tap Settings at the bottom.
- Under Profile, tap Notifications.
- Each event lists its channels, with Push first. Tap a channel to switch it On or Off.
These are the same switches as on the web, so a change in one place shows in the other.
Turn push onLink to this section
- Sign in and finish setting up the app. GGAB then asks if it can send you notifications.
- Allow it.
If you said no before, turn notifications on for GGAB in your phone's settings. Then close GGAB fully and open it again.
Turn all push off at onceLink to this section
Turn notifications off for GGAB in your phone's settings. That stops every GGAB push on that phone, whatever the switches say.
Signing out of the app also stops push to that phone.

- Press the bell at the top right. A red number shows how many you haven't read.
- Press a notification to open what it's about. It's marked as read.
- Press Mark all read to clear the number.

Opening the Notifications page marks everything as read. Each notification there has a thumbs up and a thumbs down, so you can tell us whether it was helpful, and Open to go to it.
In the appLink to this section
- Tap the bell at the top right of a main screen, such as the Dashboard. A red dot means you have unread notifications.

Opening Notifications marks everything as read. Cleared notifications aren't deleted. Tap View archive to see them, and Back to notifications to return.
Tapping a push notification on your phone opens the matching screen in the app.
Marketing emailLink to this section
Training tips, product news and offers have their own switch, Marketing email. Turning it off doesn't stop receipts or account email. It isn't available for players under 18.
- Web: open your account menu, choose Settings, then the Privacy tab.
- App: open the menu, tap Settings, and find it under About.
